Two-day Reiki Levels I & II trainings
A Reiki Level I training allows the student to do self-Reiki; with Level II, Reiki can be offered to others. Learn how to share the deep, restorative nature of Reiki in the ARAY home studio during this 2-day training.

2-day Reiki Training
Through the 2-day ARAY Reiki Levels I and II training, create a calm, meditative feeling that you can share with others. Tap into your higher power, develop deeper levels of gratitude and improve your quality of life. Whether it’s to become more grounded, increase healing potential, improve sleep habits, clear space for new opportunities or enhance overall wellbeing, Reiki’s benefits are subtle, strong and powerful. At the end of the training, you will be able to share the power of Reiki with others.
3-Day Healing Immersion Workshop
In this 3-day Healing Immersion workshop, we will integrate many of the healing modalities I have learned in the past twenty-five years. Over the course of three days, allow me to share the yoga mat with you, teach a few T’ai Chi movements, delve into seated and mindful movement meditation techniques, we’ll discuss Yoga philosophy based on recommended readings, explore our internal dialogue through journaling, experience a group Reiki session, learn how to make various natural body care products, create a vegetarian dinner for each other and complete each day with Yoga nidra, a calming mindful meditation.
